What counts as annual revenue?
Your total wholesale revenue processed through Centra One. We do not audit — you self-select the plan that fits your business.
What happens if I grow into the next tier?
We will let you know when you are approaching the limit. Upgrading is instant and your data and settings carry over automatically.
Can I add more users?
Additional users can be added at $15/user/month on any plan. Or upgrade to the next tier for more included users.

Common questions
Is there an implementation fee?
No. You sign up, import a CSV of products and customers, and you're operating. No professional-services upsell.
What does the trial include?
30 days, the full Growth plan, no credit card. At the end you pick a plan or your data is deleted.
Is the B2B portal really included?
Yes — on every plan, including Starter. It's not an add-on, it's part of the product.
What if I'm above the revenue cap on my plan?
We'll notice and reach out. You move up a tier; we don't shut anything off mid-month.
Can I export my data?
Anytime, in CSV or via the API. Your data is yours.
Why USD pricing if you're based in NZ?
Most of our customers are outside New Zealand. USD is the simplest common denominator.
